Course Content:

Our CAPM Project Management Course is designed to give learners the skills that are required to work effectively while managing or overseeing projects in the workplace. Our 3 day training is an exam preparation course designed to prepare learners to complete their (CAPM)® exam with PMI.org.  All the core CAPM skills are covered some of which include The Project Management Framework, Project Integration Management, Quality Control and Risk Management. 

By the end of the course learners will be able to create a detailed plan for a project which will include scope, time and cost baselines as well as the management strategies for the project. The course will also give learners an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes of effective project management. 

The CAPM® certification is a good option for individuals who:

• Want to gain a globally recognised project management credential
• Are interested in pursuing a career in project management
• Want to demonstrate their project management knowledge and experience. 

 Learners will need a copy of the most recent version of PMBOK.
