This workshop aims to support staff who are required to purchase goods and services as part of their role. This workshop will cover:

Procurement Processes - Sole Source, New Supplier Setup
The Rule Aggregation - its meaning and how it is applied.
Procurement Processes - Centralised Contracts / Quotations
Procurement Processes - Tendering (overview)

In line with the Procurement Policy, Approved Purchasers are now required to hold a current up to date certificate of completion (within a given 3 year period), of the mandatory training courses. The only method of obtaining this certification is attendance and participation at one of the “live/online” training sessions, AND also reviewing the "recorded" Agresso
