Course Content:

In today's workplace, fostering a respectful and dignified environment is crucial for employee well-being and organisational success. However, workplace bullying and harassment remain prevalent issues that can have severe consequences for both individuals and the organisation. 

This 1 day training course is designed for individuals who serve as First Responders or Contact Support People within University of Galway. These roles are critical in responding to and managing allegations of workplace bullying and harassment.

Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, learners will gain hands-on experience in real-world scenarios. This will empower them to effectively support employees and contribute to a work environment where dignity and respect are upheld.
