Coaching as a Leader (Leadership Programme Elective) Duration: 3 hours Facilitator: Internal Staff Coaching team led by Anna Cunningham Course Content: On successful completion of this course, participants will be able to: •Apply the concepts of coaching as a leader •Use coaching to enhance performance in the workplace •Apply the GROW Coaching Model •Critically appraise the approach taken in a coaching conversation •Explain the core competencies, including knowledge, skills and personal characteristics, of an effective and professional coach Staff who are interested in this workshop should register via: People XD | 28.0.93 (corehr.com) and search for “Coaching”.
