Course Content:

Customer service training is the process of improving the skills and knowledge of your customer service employees so that they are better equipped to handle customers. The ultimate goal is to assist and support University Staff members to enhance the support experience and customer satisfaction. This training is aimed at improving employees' communication, problem-solving, listening, and team-building skills.

If employees are trained well on all of the customer service aspects it could help provide them with tools or a different approach on how to deal with customer service issues.
