Rooted in respect and empathy, the program addresses various bullying forms, providing practical strategies for intervention. Emphasising diversity celebration, it instils a sense of responsibility in attendees to contribute to a positive campus culture. The training equips individuals to effectively respond and report incidents, promoting open communication and awareness of support resources.
