Sexual Health

Sexual health is a vital and integral part of your overall health and wellbeing. Often, we think of sexual health in terms of contraception, infections and fertility but along with the physical, it includes the emotional, cognitive and social aspects of sexuality. It’s about pleasure, identity and the right to enjoy safe, fulfilling relationships free from violence and discrimination. Good sexual health means making sure you have the knowledge, skills, and ability to make informed sexual choices and act responsibly to protect your health and the health of others.
