Entry Requirements

Foundation Level Refer to Foundation providers          
Undergraduate  Candidates with good grade profiles in the Caribbean Advanced Proficiency Examination (CAPE) in at least six CAPE units, including two double-unit courses will be considered for undergraduate study.
An associate degree, with good grades, may also be considered suitable for direct entry to year one of a relevant Bachelor degree programme.
Overall Grade III
A combination of grade III or higher across three double-unit subjects (equivalent to 3 A-levels) would suffice, with some subjects potentially needing grade II or better
A mix of grades II and III, with at least one grade II in a key subject Overall Grade II
Mainly grade II across the subjects, possibly with one grade I for stronger programs.
Predominantly grade II, with at least one or more grade I in core subjects. Overall Grade I
High grades across the board, typically all grade I, especially in required subjects for specific courses.

Postgraduate Bachelor Degree when studied at the University of the West Indies: Candidates with a Class II upper division or Class I degree from UWI will be considered for entry to our postgraduate programmes. 3 3.5 3.75
