University of Galway would like to warmly welcome all our new international students. We are delighted to have you join our university community and we work hard to ensure the experience is everything you hoped it would be.

Support services orientation will take place on Thursday, 9 January in the Bailey Allen Hall starting at 9.15 am (sharp). At this session, you will receive information on health, immigration, Clubs & Societies, counselling, volunteering and more. There will be fun, spot prizes and a chance to meet other students worldwide.

Visiting Students/Erasmus

Visiting Students
Support services orientation will start at 9:15 AM in the Bailey Allen Hall.
*This session is for all Visiting, Erasmus and International students starting in January.

Erasmus
This specific orientation will take place from 14:00 PM in the Bailey Allen Hall.
*This session is for Erasmus students only.

Registration and Academic Advisory Session
This session is for all Visiting and Erasmus students who are studying for a single semester.
*This session is not relevant for International Accounting and Analytics students.
