Financial System Self Service Password Reset

1. Go online to the Financial System.
2. At the login window click the “Forgotten your password?”
   
   ‌‌‌
3. In the window that appears enter your six-digit Financial System User name and Email address
4. Click the Reset button to have Agresso send you a temporary password
   ‌
5. An incorrect combination of username and Email Address you will not receive the temporary password email notification.
6. A correct combination of username and Email Address will give the following message.
   ‌

7. A temporary password will be sent to your University of Galway Email inbox from “Agresso LIVE (Do Not Reply)” with your temporary password as per the example below
   
   

8. After you successfully log in with this password you can then reset your account with a new password
