Alternative Exam Arrangements
Temporary requests for Alternative Exam Arrangements
The Examinations Office makes temporary alternative exam arrangements for students who require them during the official end of semester and repeat exam sessions.
Example: If a student suffers a broken arm and needs to have a scribe for their exam, this can be arranged following an Alternate Arrangement application.
All students are advised to read the Alternative Exam Arrangements Fact Sheet before making an application.
An application can be submitted via the Online Alternate Arrangement form
Alternative Assessments: If you are taking part in an alternative assessment, and the Disability Support Service has recommended exam accommodations for you, please liaise with the appropriate staff in the relevant discipline to request that any required exam accommodations are put in place for timed assessments designed to replace the end of semester exams.
Alternate Arrangements do not support students already registered with Disability Support Services. Please refer to the Disability Support Services Office for further information. Please ensure you are up to date with deadlines for Disability Support Services see more here.
