Important Information for Postgraduate Students
All postgraduate students (who are not sitting officially timetabled examinations in the current academic year) are eligible to apply for invigilation work. Registered undergraduate students are not eligible for invigilation work. All postgraduate students receiving invigilation hours must keep track of all hours worked during the academic year so as not to exceed the limit of 130 hours, if applicable. Please refer to section 5.11: Employment During Studies within the University of the University Degree Guidelines for full details or contact the relevant Vice Deans of Graduate Studies who have been appointed in each of the five Colleges.
