EMBRACE-mobility recognizes the importance of engaging with key stakeholders to ensure inclusive and effective decision-making processes. Our primary stakeholders include the general community, local authorities, and technical experts, each playing a crucial role in shaping the development of the proposed solution. We value the thoughts and perspectives of our stakeholders, as they provide invaluable insights into the challenges, opportunities, and needs within their respective domains.

The project engages with various stakeholders, from bridge users and asset managers to government officials or advisors. Each stakeholder reveals different interests and influences and brings unique perspectives and expertise to the project.

Various stakeholders prioritise different concerns based on the challenges they face, yet the proposed solutions largely demand a system enabling informed and participative decision-making.

 

The Need

The decision-making tool responds to the diverse needs of stakeholders and shapes the need statement of the project.
