Overview
This module introduces the application of psychology to understanding consumer behaviour. The module provides a comprehensive overview of the major themes and trends in consumer psychology.
Entry Requirements
Applicants should be over 21 years.
What you will Learn
Understanding consumers requires knowledge of consumer psychology theories, collecting and interpreting consumer data and opinions and developing meaningful interactions with consumers.
Learning Outcomes
- Understand and remember key concepts, terms, relationships in Consumer Psychology.
- Understand and remember Cialdini’s “Weapon’s of Influence”.
- Know how to use Consumer Psychology to effect change.
- Understand the personal implications of Consumer Psychology.
- Understand the social implications of Consumer Psychology.
