Research/postdoctoral staff training and support
The School of Psychology is home to a number of postdoctoral and research staff across a variety of research areas (staff list available here). In order to best support all its staff members and facilitate their development, the School has developed and introduced Individual Development Plans (IDPs) specifically for use by research/postdoctoral staff and their mentors. IDPs provide a planning process that helps identify both professional development needs and career objectives. Furthermore, IDPs can serve as a tool to help facilitate communication and guide conversations between researchers and their mentors.
