Biography

Nick initially studied physics, and then did a PhD in the History and Philosophy of Science. He was a research fellow at Trinity College, Cambridge, 2004-8. His philosophical work has been on the interpretation of probability and on methodological disputes in the history of science. He coordinated the Arts with Data Science BA between 2018 and 2024.
