Specialist Area: Career development.   

Background: Aisling is a B. Commerce graduate of NUI Galway and has recently completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Adult Guidance and Career Counselling from Maynooth University. 

Prior to joining the Career Development Centre in 2018, Aisling worked as an Account Manager and Senior Recruitment Specialist for over fourteen years in recruitment agencies and as an in-house recruiter.  She has experience in recruiting students, technical and commercial professionals across a number of sectors where she was also responsible for employer engagement and strategic account management.
In her previous role Aisling was responsible for coordinating the new placement programme for the School of Law.  This includes working with students in preparing applications, guidance on CV and interview and preparation for placement in addition to sourcing placements and employer engagement.
