Micheál Ó Cadhain is the Academic Integrity Support Officer at the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching, University of Galway. He previously worked in the School of Law in IT administration, online teaching and postgraduate recruitment, and in the Access Centre as the Accessible Communications Coordinator. He holds an M.Sc. in Information Systems Management and a H.Dip. in Systems Analysis from the J.E. Cairnes School of Business and Economics, and a LL.M (by Research, on music piracy and digital rights), LLB and Bachelor of Corporate Law from the School of Law, University of Galway.
His research interests include the responsible use of generative AI, digital accessibility, copyright law, and e-learning technologies.
