How can I take part?
To take part in the ARDEN study you will need to have applied for an SEAI Deep Energy Renovation grant.
The Arden project will monitor the indoor air quality in 12 homes and will measure Radon in 20 homes before and after deep energy renovation work has been completed.
Indoor Air Quality
One part of this study is to measure the indoor air quality in your home. We will measure the particles and a number of chemicals in the air in your home. To take part in this part of the study you will also need to meet the following criteria:
- Your home has cavity walls
- Your home has a floor area of ~70-160m2?
- You have a non-smoking home.
If you match the above criteria and would like to take part, please contact Nina Wemken. Nina’s contact details are available on the Contact Us web page.
Radon
If you are interested in only having radon measured in your home, please contact Nina Wemken. Nina's contact details are available on the Contact Us web page.
We will provide you with a summary report of our findings for your home.
