Small Things Like These Event US

An exclusive event with Cillian Murphy, Irish Actor and Patron of the UNESCO Child and Family Research Centre, University of Galway, will take place in Dublin on Thursday, January 23, 2025. 

Hosted by Cillian, the programme includes an exclusive screening of his new movie Small Things Like These adapted from the Claire Keegan novel, followed by a Gala Dinner and evening reception with the actor in conversation about the film, his career, and his patronage of the work on empathy taking place at the Centre.

Proceeds from this event will support the on-the-ground delivery of evidence-based empathy education for adolescents in schools and in community youthwork settings in Ireland. Event payments will be made to Galway University Foundation Inc, a registered 501(c)3 entity in the United States (Federal ID 30-0099346). Your gift, less projected event costs of $300 per person, will be tax deductible in accordance with US law. A full US charitable gift receipt will be issued for all payments.
