Registration Statement 

From time to time you may need to provide a statement of academic qualification to another institution.

We provide the Official Registration Statement here at Student Registry Helpdesk, but we can also provide a custom statement if so required.

To retrieve your Official Registration Statement from the Online Registration System, simply logon with your Student ID and password which is available on the Online Registration account

Once logged in, please click on "Proof of Registration" Smart Tab. 

Alternatively if you have not done any of the above, please email askregistry@nuigalway.ie  and we can send you an e-copy of your Registration Statement. 

NUI Galway Registration Statement is accessible off campus, logon with your Student ID and password on the Online Registration account 

Once logged in, please click on "Proof of Registration" Smart Tab.

If you have Adobe Reader or any PDF viewer Installed on your pc, laptop or smartphone, you can view and save the Statement to any your devices

Graduation Statements and Ph.D. Statements

Please email askregistry@nuigalway.ie  stating your Name, Date of Birth or Student ID to request the Customised Statements:

Please note we do not provide statements for any of the following scenarios:

• Exemption from Jury Duty 
• Letters of Attendance i.e. lectures, field trips
• Work placement
