Alice Buckley | Young Chef Young Waiter Competition
The competition was an exceptional experience to learn more and help enhance my skill set. I was tasked with opening a bottle of prosecco, cheese service and answering scenario-based questions. I was extremely lucky to get to work alongside Callum Falls during this experience. I am now more eager to put myself forward for more competitions in the future. Victoria O'Hara | Worldskills 2022
I represented the college in the category of Restaurant Service at Worldskills Ireland 2022. It was such an amazing experience and challenge. Learning how to have showmanship while doing everyday tasks was the best achievement for me when taking part. A huge thank you to Mr. Langford, my mentor for your time and effort in order to assist me in reaching my goals as well as having great fun!in Connect with Victoria
