What is this course?
We have designed a Conflict Management Training course to train members of the management and supervisory team on how to prevent and handle conflicts that occur in their workplace. The course is designed so that participants become familiar with common causes and signs of conflict, how the law relates to conflict management, the part the participant plays as a company representative in the prevention and the handling of conflict
