National Public & Patient Involvement (PPI) Festival at ILAS

The 2023 National PPI Festival was hosted from the 1st-30th of October and was a huge success. With 66 events hosted by 58 organisers across the country, the festival spread the celebration of PPI in Irish research to a wide audience, proving that PPI is a space where WE all matter. In ILAS, festival highlights included a seminar discussing Irish researchers' perspectives on PPI, a forum theatre workshop facilitated by Derek Stewart OBE and a Knowledge Café hosted by PhD scholars, for PhD scholars to discuss PPI in PhD research.
