Biography

Research Interests

Fergal’s interests include combining strategies for the realisation of children’s rights including participation by children, advocacy, litigation, research, children’s rights education and civic engagement as well as the child’s right to access legal advice and representation and the integration of theories, concepts, professions and services that seek to support children and their families.
