Dr János Fiala-Butora address European Parliament Committee

Dr János Fiala-Butora was invited as an expert to the hearing of the Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) of the European Parliament yesterday. He presented and answered questions on the topic of: “Rule of law and fundamental rights risks arising from the amendment to the Slovak Criminal Code in relation to the continued application of post-war legislation based on the principle of collective responsibility (the Beneš Decrees)” A recording of proceedings can be viewed at the link available here.
