Who and Where We Are
You can find us right in the heart of campus, just inside the doors of the Arts & Science Concourse. We'll be the first stop for many of you as you interact the University support network. Trained in effective and empathetic communication, we're here to help with any query you may have about student life.
From directions to deferrals, rest assured that any queries we can't resolve will be directed to the relevant University staff member or Student Support Service.
Drop into us on the first floor the Arts/Science Concourse from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. Don't have time to drop in? You can email us at SEC@universityofgalway.ie or dm us on Instagram and we will do our best to help you with your query.

Here to provide top level support and guidance during your time at University of Galway.
Facilities
The Student Enquiry Centre has many facilities available to students including:
- Confidential meeting rooms: used for pre-booked appointments and drop-in sessions with our student support services.
- Using technology: Phone or laptop running out of battery? Drop in and fuel up at one of our charging ports. There are no printing services in the centre but printing is available in the library which is right next door.
- Stay hydrated: Refill your reusable water at our water cooler.
- Lost & Found: We operate a small lost & found, so if you have misplaced something on campus be sure to pop in!
