Oíche Chultúir: “Cúirteanna, Cultúr, agus an Chathair: Siúlóid Dhlíthiúil na Gaillimhe"
Bí linn Dé hAoine, an 19 Meán Fómhair do shiúlóid dhátheangach, saor in aisce ina dtabharfar spléachadh ar oidhreacht dhlíthiúil agus chultúrtha na Gaillimhe. Is iad na hacadóirí an Dr Ursula Connolly agus an Dr Charles O’Mahony as Scoil an Dlí a threoróidh an tsiúlóid.
Tugann Scoil an Dlí cuireadh duit chuig ócáid speisialta chun ceiliúradh a dhéanamh ar an Oíche Chultúir: Cúirteanna, Cultúr, agus an Chathair: Siúlóid Dhlíthiúil na Gaillimhe, turas treoraithe a insíonn scéalta faoin gceartas, faoin gcumhacht, faoin bpionós agus faoin athchóiriú dlí ar fud na cathrach. Tabharfaidh an Dr Charles O’Mahony an turas i mBéarla agus beidh an Dr Ursula Connolly á thabhairt i nGaeilge.
Tosóidh an tsiúlóid i gCearnóg stairiúil na hOllscoile agus déanfaimid ár mbealach trí shéadchomharthaí poiblí tábhachtacha mar atá Ardeaglais na Gaillimhe (príosún an chontae roimhe seo), Teach na Cúirte, an Fhaiche Mhór, Sráid Forster (suíomh Neachtlann Mhaigdiléana), Caisleán an Línsigh, agus an Póirse Caoch, agus tabharfar deis duit machnamh a dhéanamh ar chiontuithe éagóracha, institiúidí géibhinn, inscne agus ceartas, agus ar éabhlóid chearta an duine in Éirinn.
Is eispéireas saor in aisce é seo don Oíche Chultúir a bheidh inrochtana agus cuimsitheach. Caithfear clárú don ócáid chun cabhrú linn méid an ghrúpa a bhainistiú agus chun compord agus sábháilteacht gach duine a chinntiú.
