Guiqing (Maggie), a 5th year student competed in the Chef Ireland @catexexhibition for the second year.
She took home Silver in the “Bites - Asian Ethnic Cuisine” competition
We are so proud of you and all of our students who have competed in this years Chef Ireland Competitions.
It is fantastic to see the skill and precision of both our students and the other competitors
