- Thursday 9th October 2025. On campus open evening 5:30pm
- Wednesday 19th November 2025. On campus open day 2pm
- Monday 1st December 2025. Virtual information session 6:30pm
- Tuesday 20th January 2026. On campus open evening 5:30pm
- Wednesday 21st January 2026. Dublin Roadshow (Live Q&A session with alumni, Intercontinental hotel) 6:30pm
- Thursday 30th April 2026. Virtual information session 6:30pm
- Saturday 16th May 2026. Hospitality Skills Course all day on Shannon campus
