What is this Course?

This 2-day residential course is an introduction to hospitality management with an emphasis on application in the workplace. This programme is designed for team members who want to develop themselves as supervisors and managers. Modules covered include, Revenue Management, HR & People Management, Finance for nonfinancial managers, Conflict resolution & Sales Skills.

Revenue Management Module Tuesday 11th November

This one day revenue management course is designed to deliver actionable insights for your hotel in the Revenue & Distribution Management space .

The course will direct you as to some key actions that you can implement in property to support your revenue optimisation.

Sales Skills for Success Module Wednesday 12th November 

What is this course?

Sales Skills for Success has been designed to help improve your understanding of the sales process and how best to apply it to your business.

Who is it for?

All Managers, HOD’s, General Managers, Sales & marketing Managers, Sales Directors, Conference & Events coordinators, Reservations Managers & Executives

Key content includes:

  • Understanding the power of loyalty and the role of sales in creating and developing loyalty for your hotel
  • Creating a sales process that builds relationships and converts enquiries to bookings
  • Developing a strategic account management plan for your key customers
  • Prioritising and managing your golden selling time
  • Communication for conversion; Build on your listening and questioning skills to help you to identify your customer needs
  • Delivering resonating pitches that win

Course Fee (2 days)
