Prof Martin O’Halloran

Executive Director

Professor Martin O’Halloran is Director of the Translational Medical Device Lab at University of Galway, the first medical device lab in Ireland to be embedded in a regional hospital and co-located with a clinical trials facility. Prof. O’Halloran is also the Executive Director of BioInnovate.

Professor Mark Bruzzi is a Professor in Biomedical Engineering at University of Galway.

Prof Faisal Sharif

Non-Executive Director

Professor Faisal Sharif is Professor in Translational Cardiovascular Medicine and Innovation at the University of Galway and a consultant Interventional Cardiologist at Galway University Hospital. He is also Clinical Director, an Advisory Board Member and a Non-Executive Director of BioInnovate.
