University Wide - Policies and Procedures (P&Ps)

P&Ps are the policies, procedures, rules, regulations, guidelines and methods for conducting various key processes at NUI Galway including teaching, research and support processes.  All P&Ps must be designed to reflect best practice in higher education and are subject to review at least once every seven years. P&P's appear in a number of formats including webpages, documents, manuals, software interfaces, forms and reports.  For more information on creating P&Ps please review 'QA002 Policies and Procedures' on the Quality Office P&Ps page.

About the P&P Repository

The P&P Repository above contains links to  all P&P's across the University in an online Excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet contains the QA Code, Title, and link to the Host Page that contains the document for each P&P in a list format. These Host Pages are owned, managed and maintained by various units across the University.

If you find a broken link or other error in the repository, please email the Quality Office in the first instance and we will contact the hosting unit to have the error fixed.
