Course Content:

This one-day interactive workshop will give participants the knowledge, awareness, and practical tools to promote race equality and foster a more inclusive campus community. It will explore the journey toward race equality in higher education and Irish society, address the complexities of language around race, racism, and inequality, and highlight reporting procedures and available supports.

Target audience: Heads of Schools/Units, PIs, Line Managers and Supervisors, HR Business Partners
