Sarah’s research is under the supervision of Prof. Jonathan Levie. Sarah is interested in research related to entrepreneurship, internationalisation and scaling. Exploring top management teams in scale-ups, she anticipates a wealth of knowledge will come from her research. She anticipates to further insights on the processes and mechanisms associated with the management of successful scaling through codifying the tacit knowledge of top management teams who have successfully scaled businesses. She believes it is now more important than ever to extend research on scaling; to understand the bold ambitions of founding teams and most importantly how top management teams for scale pivot, anticipate or seize new opportunities, reflect on failures and enhance the scalability of their business models.
