Pamela is undertaking her PhD studies on Business Scaling under the supervision of Prof. Esther Tippmann. The research is affiliated with Atlantic Futures, a cross-border research project funded by the Higher Education Authority. Her interest in business scaling is aimed at generating insights to provide a starting point for building a scholarly understanding of scaling from a local base. She believes that looking into the phenomenon of business scaling as one that is commensurately shaped by the cognition of its leaders and the workings of the external landscape, will allow for more informed policy, interventions, and strategies for relevant stakeholders in the region.
