Financial Matters
How can the Financial Supports help me?
We aim to help you to understand the costs associated with University and ways to understand and manage your income and expenditure. If your expenditure is more than your income, we can provide information on alternative sources of income.
- Financial Aid Fund, SUSI, part time work, social welfare, and other external funding agencies.
- Point you in the right direction if you have worked, paid tax and may be due a rebate.

We are available from Monday – Friday (10 am – 12.30 and 14.30 – 16.00)
Where are we located?
We are located on the 1st floor of Aras Ui Chathail (Accommodation Advisory Service). If you wish to meet with us we can arrange a meeting through Microsoft Teams. Please contact us by email at financialaid@universityofgalway.ie.
