Zelda is the first woman to break her NDA against Harvey Weinstein, who has since founded Can’t Buy My Silence which aims to shed light on the harmful practice of using Non Disclosure Agreements to silence individuals.
Insights into the research around whistleblowing and NDAs, the language surrounding whistleblowing, and what gives people the strength to speak up, were the focus of Kate Kenny's contribution to the interview panel.
