1st Yr Undergraduate ID Card Distribution

Click on your College below for your allocated collection date:

  • Venue: 1st Floor, Áras Úi Chathail ( Building 10 on the attached campus map - ) 
  • Time:  9.00 am to 5.00pm

To collect your student ID , please note the following:  

  • You must come in person to collect your Student ID card - Nobody else can collect on your behalf! 
  • Please note due to the volume of cards distributed, your ID card is ONLY available at the assigned time & date.
  • Have your ID/CAO number and course code/description ready - see list below 

Note that the Photo upload deadlines is 9th September 2024 (*1st Round CAO Offers)

COLLEGE OF ARTS, SOCIAL SCIENCES AND CELTIC STUDIES

NOTE: There are 2 seperate days for your student ID card Collection: 

  1. All Arts Undergraduate Programmes ( other than 1BA1 / GY101) are available for collection on Monday, 14th September.
  2. GY101 / 1BA1 ( BA Joint Honours) ID cards are available to collect on Wednesday, 17th September ONLY

Friday, 19th September from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm is General ID card collection day for any students who miss the above day
