Academic Strategy 2021-26/ Straitéis Acadúil 2021-26
In 2020, the University published its Strategic Plan 2020-25: Shared Vision, Shaped by Values. This articulated a set of core values, developed through consultation with the wider university community, of openness, respect, excellence, and sustainability. This Academic_Strategy_2021_26 builds on those values with a focus on how we might enact them through our teaching and learning and ensure that our graduates are well equipped to rise to the challenges ahead of them and play impactful and leading roles in society.
In 2020, d’fhoilsigh an Ollscoil a Plean Straitéiseach 2020-25: Fís i gCoiteann, Múnlaithe ag Luachanna. Trí chomhairliúchán le pobal na hollscoile, thángthas ar shraith croí-luachanna mar atá oscailteacht, meas, barr feabhais agus inbhuanaitheacht. Tógann an Straitéis_Acadúil_2021_26 seo ar na luachanna sin agus cuirtear béim ar an gcaoi a bhféadfaimis iad a chur i bhfeidhm trínár dteagasc agus inár bhfoghlaim ag cinntiú go bhfuil ár gcéimithe dea-oilte agus ábalta tabhairt faoi na dúshláin atá rompu agus róil éifeachtacha cheannródaíocha a bheith acu sa tsochaí.
