Extenuating Circumstances Form

Please complete this form to make a submission for consideration under the University's Policy on Extenuating Circumstances.‌

Deferral

Students unable to sit examinations due to an ongoing illness, family bereavement or other, independently vouched, personal circumstances, which affect their ability to take their examinations and which are outside of their control should complete a Deferral Application Form and submit it, together with supporting documentation to their College/School Office. Contact details for College/School Offices are available here.  Details of required supporting documentation are outlined in the University Deferral Policy.
