Dr Paul Bradfield Represents 6,000 Victims in ICC Hearing Against Joseph Kony

Last week, Dr Paul Bradfield BL, of the Irish Centre for Human Rights, appeared as one of five Legal Representatives of Victims at the International Criminal Court, in the Confirmation of Charges Hearing in the case of Prosecutor v. Joseph Kony.
Representing almost 6,000 participating victims, Dr Bradfield made legal submissions in relation to alleged sexual and gender-based crimes, and the conscription and use of child soldiers, committed by the Lord's Resistance Army during the period 2002-2005.
