Dr Eugene Farrell was invited by the European Investment Bank as an expert panel speaker at the EC-EIB Adaptation Days event 'A deep dive into financing coastal resilience' supporting the 2025 United Nations Ocean Conference in Nice, France. Dr Farrell was one of the three nominated delegates representing the Ryan Institute, University of Galway along with Prof Peter Croot and Dr Anthony Grehan. He would like to thank the Ryan Institute, University of Galway and the Marine Institute for their financial support to attend the meeting.
