MA in International Development Practice students who attended the Mary Robinson Climate and Nature Conference in Ballina on 26–27 May 2025 described it as an insightful and inspiring experience. They noted that the discussions deepened their understanding of the planet’s urgent challenges while also highlighting practical and hopeful solutions. The diverse range of speakers and interactive sessions fostered a highly engaging atmosphere. Students left the conference feeling motivated, better informed, and empowered to take meaningful action in their communities.
