See below a list of venues perfect for once-off events for university events and / or university business meetings . These spaces are available for one-off bookings, where available. Simply complete the Meeting Room/Events Booking Request Form to request your booking.

Bookable venues where catering is available.

• THB-G010, The Hardiman Building, (capacity: 60) – The area outside can be booked for catering.
• THB-G011, The Hardiman Building, (capacity: 60) – The area outside can be booked for catering.
• AS203 River Room, Arts/Science, (capacity: 28) – The area outside can be booked for catering.
• AMB-G065 Training Room 1, Arts Millennium Building, (Capacity: 48) – The social space in AMB-GB01 is available for catering bookings.
• AMB-G066 Training Room 2, Arts Millennium Building, (Capacity: 30) – The social space in AMB-GB01 is available for catering bookings.
• AMB-G067 Training Room 3, Arts Millennium Building, (Capacity: 42) – The social space in AMB-GB01 is available for catering bookings.

There are no catering areas available for these once-off bookable venues (please view Restaurants & Cafés - University of Galway for catering options near you).

• SC200A Seminar Room, Arts/Science, Concourse South (capacity 30)
• AMB-1004 Seminar Room, Arts Millennium Building (capacity 20)

Area suitable for poster board presentations, catering, and showcasing during the term.

• OB000 - Atrium, Orbsen Building

Large venues available in the Quadrangle, South Campus.

• QA126 - Michael D. Higgins Auditorium (Ground Floor) Capacity:150
• QA213 - The Emily Anderson Concert Hall Capacity:180 **NB - Unfortunately, this venue has accessibility restrictions for wheelchair users. Where universal access is required room bookers are advised to select an alternative venue.
