Biography

Maeve is assistant professor/lecturer in Human Resource Management and Decent Work at the J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics, University of Galway, Ireland. Prior to this, she was a lecturer and MSc in Human Resource Management programme director at University College Cork.

Maeve researches and lectures in a variety of human resource management, organisational behavior, leadership and management-related subjects. Previously, Maeve held senior management and consultancy roles in both public and private sector organisations in Ireland, the UK and at the European Commission in Brussels. This experience has led to a wide range of research and consultancy interests relating to the UN Sustainable Development Goals including labour market equality, decent work and green HRM policies and practices.
