Biography

I am a Lecturer (Above the Bar) in the JE Cairnes School of Business & Economics at University of Galway. 

Previously I worked at the University of Tennessee, with a joint appointment in the Department of Economics and the Boyd Center for Business and Economic Research. I earned my PhD from the University of Michigan.

Research Interests

My research focuses on public finance and applied econometrics, with some publications in economic history and behavioural economics too. For more information, see my webpage.
