University of Galway & Celtic Irish American Academy ran a University Taster Day on the main Galway campus this July. 

Shannon College of Hotel Management were delighted to be able to take part in this day. Our Makreting Manager Sarah O'Mahony and Chef Lecturer Sarah Ryan both attended the day and ran an immersive workshop for the students..

Management, Advanced Culinary, Kitchen Management and Culinary Principles & Practices at
Shannon College of Hotel Management! You’ll decorate your own culinary delight and then
switch gears to think like an entrepreneur—how would you turn your creation into a successful
business? With guidance from Chef Ryan, you’ll explore the basics of building a business plan,
marketing your product, and identifying your target customer. It’s a great mix of hands-on
creativity and real-world business thinking.
