Biography

I am a PhD student at the Insight Centre for Data Analytics at the National University of Ireland, Galway, where I am advised by Dr. John McCrae. I focus on NLP for low resource languages, Old and Middle Irish in particular, and my research is a part of Comparative Deep Models for Minority and Historical Languages project (CARDAMOM).

I hold an MA in Irish Language and Literature from Lomonosov Moscow State University (2015) and an MA in Language Theory and Computational Linguistics from National Research University “Higher School of Economics” (2017). After my masters I taught Python, NLP and Modern Irish at both MSU and NRU HSE (2017–2019).
