Biography

I am a PhD student and environmental engineer focused on biotechnology for wastewater remediation.

I obtained my BSc (July 2015) ans Msc degree (July 2018) in Environmental engineering at University of Cagliari in Italy. During my master degree, I moved to the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid (Spain) for 6 months to conduct my master thesis on optimization of separate collection systems.
After my master degree in September 2018, I arrived to National University of Ireland Galway for 3 months internship on autotrophic denitrification using sulphide as electron donor.
I'm conducting my current research at NUIG, focuses on the application of autotrophic denitrification using pyrite as electron donor.
